Automatic Draft Program for Tuition Payments Bank Draft Authorization Saint Pius X School has implemented an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) option for paying monthly tuition. This authorizes Saint Pius X School and your bank to automatically deduct the amount of your monthly tuition payment from your checking account. To participate, you need to have a checking account with a bank or credit union located in the United States. Under the EFT program, you will no longer have to write a check and make sure it gets to school on time. There is no extra charge for choosing the automatic draft payment option. It is an option being made a available for your convenience. To sign up, please complete the Bank Draft Authorization Contract and return it with a voided check to the office. Once you have signed up for the draft, there is a one month delay before it will begin. If you do not wish to participate at this time, you do have the option of joining at a later date. If you are presently participating in the bank draft program, please fill out the form, including the new tuition and assessment amounts. There will not be any delay of your June draft. You do not need to send in a voided check unless you have changed banking institutions since your last bank draft. The fund transfer will occur on the 5th of each month or the next business day if the 5th is not a workday. Insufficient funds on the 5th will be treated the same as a returned check. Accordingly, the funds will not be transferred from your account and you will be notified by the school to send in a check or cash for that payment along with the $20 NSF fee. Please feel free to contact Julie Wise, school Business Manager, if you have questions. To
